A rescue video making the rounds opens on a scene that is hard to watch. Three puppies had been tied to a bicycle and forced to run while they were being sold, and one of them collapsed next to a busy road. Workers with Pet Rescue Solutions bought the puppies to get them out of the situation, then found a third puppy nearby who also needed veterinary care.
At the rescue center, the three puppies, now named Caleb, Iris, and Jasmine, were carried inside and settled into kennels. The moment that has people sharing the clip comes later, when two of them walk up to an outstretched hand, sniff it, and wag their tails instead of backing away.

What this means for you: this is a reminder that the fastest, cheapest way to buy a puppy is often the cruelest. Dogs sold at roadsides, markets, or out of the back of a van rarely come with health records, and the animals behind those sales pay the price. If you see an animal kept or moved in a way that looks like abuse, report it to local animal control or the police rather than confronting the person yourself.
Patience matters on the other side of rescue, too. A dog who has been treated badly does not relax on day one. If you bring home a dog with a rough history, slow introductions and a steady routine do most of the work. One rescue dog was scared of her leash until her owner simply waited her out. That patience is the whole method.
