This pool project turned into WAY more work than we ever imagined 😳🐺💦
After days of building a 20×40 foot platform, hauling and spreading 26 yards of sand, and trying to level everything perfectly… we finally started putting the WaterWolves pool up
Zeus, Tonka, our son, and our grandsons all helped spread sand
Daddy and I spent HOURS moving sand ourselves… and then the boys came over and moved a 16 yard pile in about ONE hour 😯
Then came the hard part… actually putting the pool up
It was just Daddy and me trying to lift and position this massive thing, and honestly, we almost didn’t pull it off
But we’re stubborn 🤣
And let’s just say… we definitely paid for it in pain afterward
We also celebrated Mother’s Day with family, spotted a coyote in the cow pasture, and got some sweet moments with Capone, Casper, and our newest granddaughter Sabrina 💙🐺
But just when we thought we were done… disaster struck 😳
Two days later we realized the sides were sinking too much, and we were terrified the pool might break
So we had to drain ALL 15,000 gallons of water and waste $120 worth of salt just to reinforce the poles with wood blocks 🤦♀️💦
