From the moment he came into our lives, Tonka changed everything.
He didn’t just become part of our family… he built the pack.
He’s the reason WaterWolf Ranch exists the way it does today.
The reason Monroe found her place…
The reason Zeus is learning what it means to be a WaterWolf…
The reason all of you are here with us. 💕
I am so incredibly grateful to Tonka…
because through him, we didn’t just gain memories—
we gained a family.
All of our amazing Aunties, Uncles, and Cousins from all over the world…
people we never would have met otherwise…
people who love him just as much as we do. 💙
The reach Tonka has had around the world is truly amazing…
and it still humbles me every single day.
Tonka has given us a lifetime of memories—
from opening his own mail and making us laugh…
to being the gentle, steady soul that holds this whole family together…
…and also being the dog who will bring me a plate when he’s hungry and drop it right in my lap like I’m a full-service restaurant 🤣
…and yes… the same dog who once farted so loud everyone heard it and then looked around like he was completely embarrassed. 😂

equal parts majestic WaterWolf and absolute goofball.
Now at 11 years old, he’s still watching over his family, still teaching, still loving… still being everything we could have ever hoped for and more. 🐺
Tonight we celebrate him the only way we know how—
together, with our WaterWolf Pack.
